Lego

I learned that teamwork is important when working with others in order to achieve your end goal. I learned that it's not always easy being the leader if people are not doing it right, and it's not always easy if the leader doesn't know what they're doing either.

It will impact my future as a person in a team by teaching me how to interact with people and doing directions. In the future at jobs you have to work together in order to accomplish your work or project. In school, you have to work together to complete projects or even just to help someone out if they need it.

We had to build legos with 3 other people, but there was a trick. The leader could only use one picture to describe how to build it to the others. The leader also had to either describe how to build it but wasn't able to use gestures, or they could only point and use gestures but not talk. It created an interesting dynamic for the group and required teammates to work together to figure it out.
